While we are confident in the legitimacy, quality, and condition of our products, Lacantus does not typically accept returns for refunds after purchase, shipment, or delivery to the customer. However, exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

Finally, the only default option for a full refund is if you purchased an item that has not yet been processed or shipped. You have a minimum of 12 hours during business days to email us at info@lacantus.com, and if your order has not been processed or shipped, we will promptly refund your money.
